Einkorn Pancake & Waffle Mix

This bag of Einkorn Pancake & Waffle Mix contains enough mix for about 32 pancakes!

To make 8 pancakes you will need:

1 cup of pancake mix

1 egg

1 cup buttermilk (you can substitute the buttermilk with whole milk or milk of your preference)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Whisk egg, buttermilk, and oil in large bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of pancake mix.
3. Stir until smooth. Let sit 2 minutes.
4. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto oiled
   Skillet. Cook about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

5. Serve warm with maple syrup
